Polada Regulations
From the point of view of athletes, POLADA Anti-Doping Rules constitute the most important and most comprehensive set of regulations. The regulations are based on the World Anti-Doping Code that is binding all over the world. The Rules cover e.g. such aspects as: the definition of doping, doping control procedures, sanctions for anti-doping rule violations, issues relating to sample analysis and conducting anti-doping investigations as well as the catalogue of tasks and obligations of national sports federations and the Polish Anti-Doping Agency. On the website of the Polish Anti-Doping Agency, in addition to the POLADA Anti-Doping Rules, we also publish important procedural regulations relating to the Agency’s work. Relevant information in this regard can also be found in the sections: Controls and Investigations.
