POLADA (Polish Anti-Doping Agency) deeply disagree with proposals and content of US ONDCP report

POLADA (Polish Anti-Doping Agency) deeply disagree with proposals and content of US ONDCP (United States Office of National Drug Control Policy) report which was issued about World Anti-Doping Agency.

We recognize such intervention as a attempt to make a political or financial influence on independent World Anti Doping Agency. Concerns brought up by US ONDCP should be discussed in constructive dialog not with use of treat or blackmail.

That doesn’t increase credibility of anti-doping community and it is a try to discourage world anti-doping system which was built for years based on efforts made by governments and sport movement.

Proposal of matching of funding with representation in Executive Committee and Foundation Board of WADA is deeply undemocratic and against international principles and good practices.
