Meeting of representatives of committees and working groups of the Council of Europe

POLADA Director Michał Rynkowski represented the Council of Europe Anti-Doping Convention Monitoring Group during a meeting with the Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjørn Jagland on 4 February 2019. The purpose of the meeting was to exchange experiences in the functioning of individual Council of Europe working bodies, to improve the effectiveness of monitoring mechanisms and the issue of respecting the Council of Europe’s overriding values in individual countries.
